Order and Delivery
The customer places a binding order in the online store by adding the product to the shopping cart and completing the payment. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer. Receiving the order confirmation requires the customer to provide an email address during the order process. The customer agrees to the delivery terms applicable to each order. The ordered products will be delivered as a postal package to the address provided during the order, unless otherwise agreed. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be delayed. For custom-made products, the production time is approximately 3-4 weeks from the order.
