Sari Isosomppi is a female entrepreneur and the founder of Lillan Helsinki. She is a craftsman, a keen observer and she loves the little challenges of everyday work.  She enjoys working with her hands and she lefts no stone turned around to get the design that pleases her eye.

The mission of Lillan Helsinki is to create a piece of jewellery that looks like a small sculpture. The creations are inspired by nature and by observation of the surroundings. The heartbeat of the city, sounds, scents and forms of the nature can also be found in the forms of Lillan Helsinki.

Sari Isosomppi established her Lillan Helsinki brand in 2009. She has had premises in the centre of Helsinki from there on. Her current jewellery studio has been located on Korkeavuorenkatu since 2016. Lillan Helsinki webshop was launched in summer 2020.

Essentially Sari is a self-taught jewellery maker, although she has taken many courses in jewellery making. Most recently she has taken part in leaf gilding course in Helsinki.

"I like to think that working with precious metals is like giving them a new life and making jewellery is like giving birth to a new piece of art. It makes me happy when I have successfully created something unique with my own two hands. It is my passion." - Sari Isosomppi
